About Rick Forkes
Having spent his entire life in entertainment, Rick brings a rich musical history
to the 'Young Southern' arena. His vaudevillian tendencies also make him one of the funniest S.O.B.'s in the biz.
Rick
has studied music and piano since his 'potty-training' years and considers Beethoven and Zappa as his biggest influences.
As a composer and songwriter Rick is a longstanding member of ASCAP and WAMI and has spent many years on the road and in the
studio, including his years in Nashville and some time at the Opry.
